We were pleased that we could offer our customers this price over the past few years. However, the lack of transparency and consistency in the fees that EBSCO charges our customers has created confusion and frustration, which was never our intent.
We accept payment via ACH, Credit Card, PayPal, Paymerang, Paymode-X, WT Cox, Harrassowitz, and we will continue to accept payments via EBSCO. Our arrangement with you and EBSCO remains as it always has: the amount due on the invoice we send is the amount that EBSCO pays us. Any additional fees that EBSCO charges you are retained by EBSCO.
