New Website FAQs


The first time you log in to the new website, you will need to reset your password. Click Login/Register in the top bar, then click the “Lost your password” link. Enter the email address for your existing account, and we will email you with instructions.

BILLING PORTAL (for institutions only)

The institutional billing portal is located at Log in to your account, and in your dashboard, you will see your invoices.


All account information is located in your account dashboard. You’ll be able to update your user information, manage your subscriptions, and access your purchased downloads.


You’re able to search the catalog by composer, poet, category type, or collection. Navigate to the Catalog page, enter your search term in the sidebar and select your parameter in the dropdown. You may also browse the catalog by category type, composer or poet’s last name, language and voice type by using the links in the Browse sidebar.


If you had an active subscription before the website update, you will continue to be able to access the new site in the same way. Your subscription type and dates will stay the same.

PDFs will continue to be able to be downloaded for seven (7) days after purchase. Purchases made on the old website with download time left, will be carried over. You can see these in My Account under Downloads.
